Going to the gym is one of my favorite ways to exercise. Whenever I need to get my mind off something or just burn some energy, I go workout. I’m usually playing volleyball 3-6 days of the week, so I don’t go quite as much as I’d like. During the month we have off, I go to keep up my endurance and strength. When I go to the gym, I like to have a basic workout that I follow and then I can do exercises that I think I need to do. The list below is my basic one hour or so workout routine.
